New HR IcyPay clients who sign up on or before December 15, 2026. The Founding Client Promo requires a 12-month contract.
Each employee processed in a payroll run, 13th month pay, last pay, BIR Form 2316, or annual compensation counts as one transaction at ₱45 during the promo period.
The six free months count from your go-live date. From month seven, the biometric add-on is ₱10 per head.
The payroll transaction rate returns to the regular ₱55 per head.
Only when you launch an evaluation schedule. Draft schedules are never billed.
